Annual Reports

Not later than March 1 of each year, the OIG shall produce an annual report that summarizes the office’s work over the past year, including the numbers of complaints received, investigations started, and investigations completed, a description of significant investigations completed, and any outstanding or unresolved concerns or recommendations. We will publish our annual report here, as well as submitting it to the Governor, Attorney General, and members of the General Assembly, with copies to the Director and the Librarian of the Division of Research of Legislative Services, and the Delaware Public Archives.
